Federal Authorities have provided ENOC Tasjeel with an exclusive license to perform complete export testing procedures and certification on any vehicle (with or without number plates), which is currently registered in the Emirate of Dubai. Regulations require all export-ready vehicles to be inspected and tested before shipping. This requirement applies to any transfer outside of the Emirate of Dubai (whether the final destination is within the UAE or international).
